Low Fat Egg Nog
¾ c liquid egg substitute
5 c skim milk
3½ t vanilla
3½ t rum or brandy flavoring
3-4 individual packets sugar subst.
Drop of yellow food coloring
Combine all ingredients, except nutmeg, in blender. Cover and blend on high speed until frothy. Chill thoroughly. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg before serving. Makes 12 servings.
