Komen funded breast cancer screening for Uninsured Women set at Penn State Health St. Joseph Downtown Reading Campus
Reading, Pa., September 14, 2015 – Uninsured women can undergo a free breast cancer screening on October 14, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Penn State Health St. Joseph Downtown Reading campus at 145 N.6th Street, Reading.
The screening, named the Helene Kosakowski Annual Breast Event for Uninsured Women, is in memory of a former breast cancer patient and annually provides screening services to more about 150 women.
Breast examinations will be conducted by St. Joseph Medical Center physicians and free mammograms are available for eligible participants.

Penn State Health St. Joseph’s cancer center is accredited by the Commission on Cancer and is an affiliate of the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute.
